Professor Madsen does executive coaching for women executives and male allies using two primary tools she has been certified to administer:

1. The Leadership Circle Profile is an in-depth 360-degree assessment, a leadership model, and a powerful tool for designing individual development strategies.
2. Gallup StrengthsFinder and Leadership Strengths assessments.

Dr. Madsen also does short-term consulting projects with organizations interested in designing women’s leadership development programs, women’s employee resource groups, and other types of women’s advancement initiatives. She also consults on unconscious bias and other diversity initiatives. Occasionally she will take on deep assessment projects—based on qualitative and quantitative measures—when companies are interested in unpacking their organizational cultures and interest in all employees thriving at higher levels of engagement.
